TriBeCa is mostly lofts and converted industrial spaces, and that comes with painting challenges you don’t run into in a standard apartment. High ceilings, exposed brick, cast-iron columns, oversized windows that flood rooms with light — all of it affects how paint looks and how the job gets done. We’ve worked in enough TriBeCa buildings to know what we’re walking into.
The ceilings are the big one. A lot of these lofts have 12- to 14-foot ceilings, some higher. That changes the equipment, the prep, and the timeline. It also changes how color reads — a shade that works in a normal 8-foot room can look completely different when there’s that much vertical wall to cover. We account for that when we help you pick colors and finishes.
We handle residential and commercial projects throughout the neighborhood. Loft repaints, full apartment refreshes, restaurant and retail spaces, office buildouts — we adjust our approach based on what the space needs. TriBeCa buildings often have specific rules about work hours, freight elevator scheduling, and COI requirements — we handle all of that so you don't have to chase us for updates.
A lot of our TriBeCa clients are working around renovation timelines, design teams, and building management schedules. We coordinate with whoever needs to be in the loop and adjust our timing to fit. If you need work done on a weekend or need us out by a specific date, we'll tell you upfront whether that's doable.
